A visitor needs context before a recommendation. Helpful content makes the partner link easier to understand and more credible.

How to label a partner link clearly

Place the disclosure next to the recommendation, not only in the legal pages. A practical wording is: “Partner link: If you buy through this link, I may receive a commission. You do not pay anything extra.”

Also explain why you mention the tool, who it may suit and where its limits are. That context makes the recommendation useful even when the reader does not buy.

1. Landing page: offer one checklist for one clearly named problem.
2. Form: explain what subscribers will receive before collecting the email address.
3. Welcome email: deliver the checklist and explain one small next step.
4. Follow-up: answer common questions in two or three useful emails before making a relevant, clearly disclosed recommendation.

Track at least sign-up, open, click and purchase events. This shows where the flow is unclear instead of encouraging you to add more links blindly.

Check every claim before publishing

Describe verifiable features instead of unsupported results. Write “The tool connects landing pages and email automations”, not “This tool makes money automatically.”

• Can you support the claim with a feature, your own test or a reliable source?
• Is it clear that results depend on the offer, audience, execution and testing?
• Did you explain costs, limitations and the partner relationship?

If you cannot answer all three questions clearly, narrow the claim or remove it.
